Every application is reviewed by hand. We look for pacing, storytelling and polish, not just software skills.

Shortlisted applicants complete a test edit to our brief and deadline, judged against the standard our clients expect.

We speak to previous clients. Reliability, communication and professionalism matter as much as talent.

Strict NDAs & contracts
Our clients' content is confidential until it's live. Every member of the roster signs NDAs and contracts before seeing a single frame.

Every edit is reviewed before it reaches a client. A place on the roster is earned again with every project.
